It is with great pride and humility that we present our New Collection – Blackfoot Peoples Mountain Blanket Collection. The rich fabric patterns are indicative of the Blackfoot culture as they represented much more than tribal affiliations but are to this day an integral part of the Blackfoot people’s contemporary lives and communities. Boy Chiefs clothing, war lodge and headdresses show this distinction, this unfiltered indigenous voice of color and design. The earthy colors represent the various clays and sage brush used in our Blackfoot societies and spiritual ceremonies while geometric symbolism tell a story of life and death, of rebirth and the power of the creator over us all.

Named after our great grandfather and great Blackfoot warrior 'Boy Chief'. A true leader and a revered medicine man it is with his memory in mind that we established Boy Chief Trading Company to help preserve not just his legacy but also to promote Blackfoot culture and tradition both here in Canada and the United States.
